On an organizational chart, Susanne's responsibilities as Director of Client Services cover both Skybridge Direct Response and Skybridge Promotional Fulfillment. Along with managing her team of client account managers and the program setup department, she works continuously to improve service delivery for all clients. From strategic marketing to developing tactical marketing concepts, Susanne's contributions have helped clients increase sales, acquire new customers and deepen customer loyalty. 

Perhaps foreseeing the rapid technological change that today defines promotion marketing and direct response, Susanne focused her education on computer science and web design. That background, coupled with 20 years of direct marketing experience, has made Susanne a mainstay both of her division and the larger organization.

Interesting Fact: Growing up as a girl, Susanne was always on the go.  She moved 23 times by the time she was 16 years old.
