As head of Skybridge^®'s Production and Letter Shop departments, Scott has significantly improved the efficiency of critical processes.  And by consistently exceeding Service Level Agreements, he has also enhanced our client relationships.

Scott joined Skybridge in 2008, and within ten months the process improvements he spearheaded showed up loud and clear in annualized savings.  In addition, Scott has offered process enhancements to the IT department; provided quality outbound services to Skybridge Client Services; assisted Engineering and Pricing in the bidding/RFP process; and partnered with Sales via face-to-face involvement in new business opportunities.

After earning his B.S. in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Scott honed his retail and consumer fulfillment skills at companies including The Sportsman's Guide, Rockler Companies, Archway Marketing, and Target Distribution.  In his spare time, he enjoys participating in sports activities and camping and hiking with his family.

Interesting Fact: Scott was lucky enough to be "convinced" to move from the Midwest to Kauai, Hawaii for several years, where he married, grew his family and immersed himself in Island culture.  Though settled in Minnesota now, he and his family still nurture the Hawaiian values they brought home with them.
