Ron oversees and directs the operating and I.T. functions for Promotion Fulfillment and Direct Response Fulfillment, including the El Paso/Juarez and Greenfield facilities, Special Handling Department, I.T. Technical Services, I.T. Development and Application Support, Computer Operations, and Print Programming and Operations. He also plays a major role in Skybridge Marketing Group's costing and pricing processes.

Combining an educational background in quality control, process control and management with 35 years of on-the-job experience beginning with his first position as a union, hourly machine operator, Ron understands all aspects of fulfillment and has the track record to prove it. By eliminating functions with no value-add and investing in improved technology and innovation, he doubled division revenue and improved profits from near zero to more than 15 percent in five years.

Ron's other major accomplishment over the last half decade: partnering with his wife in the raising of his young son and spending time with them on the Schleper family farm.

Interesting Fact: At the age of 12, Ron had his own business supplying frogs and worms to bait shops.
