A linchpin of the Greenfield Promotion Fulfillment facility, Patti directs all front-end and warehouse operations, along with special handling and customer service interactions. She also works with Skybridge^® Marketing Group's warehouse staff and Client Services team on receiving and returns-handling procedures for each client. In addition, Patti facilitates communication with the C/S correspondent, the Juarez mail and processing facility, and the Selkirk call center to identify and resolve promotion trends and problems.

Patti’s deep experience in the promotion fulfillment and direct response industries includes prior management positions at Young America Corporation, Junonia, Ltd. and SimonDelivers.com. She earned her A.A. degree in business management and sales at St. Cloud Business College.

Interesting Fact: With a special group of friends, Patti has worked on numerous fundraising and benefit committees, coordinating music, food, raffle tickets and silent auctions, raising over $100,000 for charity (in a small community, at that!).
