Macy Seymour

EVP Operations/CIO, Customer Service

As the executive responsible for the delivery of services, technology and operations, Macy manages a highly-skilled team that develops and delivers tailored customer relationship services to a variety of businesses. His duties also include strategic planning and analysis, identifying growth opportunities and developing best practice criteria and policies.

Macy’s colleagues rely on him just as much as his clients do. Over the course of his career, he has developed the company’s Customer Service business from a single location to multiple international sites, managing everything from site selection to implementation and ongoing operations. Skybridge Customer Service is a customer care company at heart, and Macy ensures its engine runs powerfully and reliably for all who depend on its services.





Interesting Fact: Macy volunteers for several organizations including the National Ski Patrol and a local traveling soccer club.  Macy has applied as a volunteer in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC CANADA. Macy also enjoys motorcycles and scuba diving.
