Joe has not only built Skybridge into a promotion marketing leader, he has shepherded the progress of an entire industry. In developing Skybridge’s call center business from a blank piece of paper to one of America’s most respected customer care companies, for example, he pioneered strategies and practices that have since become universally adopted. Now in his 36th year in the industry and 33rd at Skybridge, he continues to drive growth and provide strategic direction both internally and for a robust roster of clients at a time of rapid marketplace evolution.

Joe’s success in helping clients and Skybridge employees alike anticipate change and leverage it to their advantage owes in significant part to the diversity of Joe’s professional experience and his continuous investment in knowledge leadership. He holds a B.S. in business from Indiana University, pursued his M.B.A. at the University of St. Thomas, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Minnesota.

Outside of the office, Joe is co-CEO of a growing family – one that now includes his first grandchild. He also enjoys golf, reading and giving back to the community in ways that enable others to connect to their futures.

Interesting Fact: Joe was raised in Martinsville, Indiana, home of "the Wizard of Westwood," John Wooden, the most successful basketball coach in college history. It was there that Coach Wooden taught Joe how to shoot a jump shot.
