Jennifer is responsible for leading an innovative team of Account Managers who specialize in creating strong, proactive client partnerships, driven on results, by providing superior customer service with a focus on performance management and teamwork. Additionally, she is responsible for attaining monthly and annual revenue and profitability goals, as well as collaborating with internal departments to ensure proper delivery of services.
Jennifer has worked in customer service for 15+ years. Her diverse approach stems from working with a variety of clients across many industries. Jennifer has managed single and multiple locations and has experience in several aspects of customer service, including Operations, Workforce Management, Training and Information Technology.
