Gary has two principal goals for his clients – to enhance the customer experience and save them money at the same time. By looking at all dimensions of their business and collaborating with clients to address their challenges, he enables Customer Service to realize its potential as a true marketing partner rather than a mere services provider.
The difference between “selling to” and “teaming with” not only defines Gary’s approach to winning new business, it captures the essence of providing truly extraordinary customer service. His embodiment of that ideal wins clients’ confidence, differentiates Skybridge from the competition, and has contributed directly to making the Customer Service division a leader in its vertical.
Team play was instilled early in Gary. As a young man he played baseball and attended both Berea College and Northern Kentucky University on sports scholarships.
