A record of success in promotional marketing, problem solving and general business management adds to that foundation. And Dean’s history of entrepreneurship – over the course of his career, he has founded and led and numerous rapid growth businesses – gives him valuable insight into client needs.

Dean earned a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in engineering from the University of Delaware. The same mix of intuition and analytics he exercised then continues to serve him in today’s ever-evolving marketplace.
