Dave Reiss

Dave is a senior leader who has been managing contact centers for more than 20 years. His experience extends from in-house to outsourced contact center support; from managing single locations to running multi-site, international operations; and from creating contact centers and establishing best practices to leading marketing and technology development.
Specific areas of expertise include performance measurement and management, business development and innovation. Dave has also developed numerous “products” including performance scorecards and payroll utilization tracking applications that provide immediate value to clients.
Dave began his career with QVC Networks. Later he helped establish contact centers at Honeywell, Archway Marketing Group and Carlson Companies. Most recently, he led operations at Time Warner Cable and Young America. Dave has long-term relationships with dozens of companies, including Medtronic, Visa, Target, British Airways and Merrill Lynch.

Interesting Fact: Dave’s passion is music and he has been in a band with his wife since 1981. They have played in front of some of the smallest crowds in history and continue to play and record in their spare time.
