As operations director for Skybridge’s^® Promotion Fulfillment facility in Juarez and source warehouse in El Paso, Betsy oversees the processing of all client mail and ensures quality and turn-time standards are met. She also draws on her career experiences to ensure account management is up-to-date and internal accounts are invoiced accurately.

Betsy began her career as an Account Manager and was immediately taken by the dynamic and rewarding nature of the business. Over the course of her 23 years in the industry, Betsy’s enthusiasm has manifested itself in her relentless focus on keeping costs down by improving processing, continuously seeking ways to improve production checking and keying, and emphasizing the “once and done” approach.

An Army brat, Betsy grew up all over, but she eventually landed in El Paso, where she lives with her husband, daughters and two miniature dachshund puppies named Dooney and Burke.

Interesting Fact: When Betsy was five and her brother Joe was seven, their family lived in Las Vegas near a park where the kids often spent afternoons playing. One day her brother ran home and asked their mother to make a few more sandwiches for the new friends they had just met. That evening Mom saw Betsy and Joe on the news, sharing PB&Js with Elvis Presley and Ann Margret. They were filming Viva Las Vegas.
