Ann's responsibilities as Director of Human Resources bear directly on Skybridge^® Marketing Group's organizational viability and its renowned integrity as an employer.

An HR professional with more than three decades of experience, including eight-plus years at Skybridge^® Marketing Group, Ann oversees benefits and payroll management and processing, workers' compensation, recruiting and performance management programs. Her duties also include coaching all departments in the areas of wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, discipline and conflict resolution and employee relations.

Whether dealing one-on-one with staff, helping to orchestrate the reduction of WC cost or spearheading a departmental reorganization, Ann enables Skybridge^® Marketing Group to fully exercise the company's most important asset: its people.

Interesting Fact: In the last 25 years, Ann has lived in Nashville, Pittsburgh, Boston and Minneapolis. She was on the road 95% of the time during the Pittsburgh years. She met a 4-star general and a vice president of Mentos, who sent her a case of his product.
