Andrea Cariou

Andrea leverages her HR expertise to advance business objectives and drive organizational success through effective people practices. By collaborating with front-line and senior staff to develop the Customer Service division’s HR strategies, she has helped to create a uniquely effective corporate culture.
Among the practices Andrea and her highly-trained team bring to bear is a focus on maintaining and managing organizational change, recruitment and retention strategies, career/succession pathing, employee relations and competency design and development. Andrea also oversees other organizational human resources projects and responsibilities as needed.
Andrea attended San Francisco State University and the University of Manitoba where she received her Human Resources Management Certification. Andrea has been a part of the Skybridge HR team for 10 years. Her career has spanned over 20 years having worked at various large and mid-sized organizations in both Canada and the United States.

Interesting Fact: In the early 90’s Andrea lived in the secluded heart of cottage country -- Dorset, Ontario Canada. She worked as a daytime radio newscaster and recorded commercial voice-overs for 105.5 CFBK FM in the nearby town of Huntsville.
