We are know looking for an individual to work in our warehouse as a:
Line Lead
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Ensure that all operations are performed under controlled and efficient conditions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist area supervisor in providing work direction for 5-10 employees
- Monitor workflow to ensure acceptable productivity levels are met.
- Communicate to supervisor any issues that may cause productivity, quality, or capacity problems.
- Train new employees in.
- Assists area supervisor in establishing and/or improving the standards and methods.
- Ensure that quality standards are met.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic PC Skills
- Ability to lead 5-10 employees
- Basic math skills
- Light calculator skills
